Outstanding support from Burns! At first, I ordered some plain Champagne flutes, but they were out of stock. Julie Mackenzie reached out to me and suggested engraved flutes instead. I decided to go for the engraved ones, and they came well packaged. Honestly, they are beautiful glasses! I'm thrilled with my order, which arrived super fast.
